Who we are
Delivery Now separates customer ordering channels from operational order-management channels.
Customers can place orders through @NhaTrangFoodBot , @DeliveryFoodNowBot , or on the website: https://deliver-now.store/catalog/.
Operational order processing and operational notifications are handled through @delivery_management_bot .
@ManagerFoodbot is used only for restaurant registration and initial activation.

Cooperation terms
Current commercial terms are fixed and aligned between RU and EN pages.
Commission: 20%
Deposit: 500,000 VND
Connection fee: 500,000 VND
The deposit is returned when cooperation ends after the final commission is paid.
No extra reconnect fee is included in this document.

Restaurant name and brand presentation.
Detailed menu with up-to-date prices in VND.
Working hours and delivery availability window.
Pickup address and location details for couriers.
Restaurant contact person and Telegram username.
Photos/screenshots needed for menu and operating setup.
Step-by-step instructions
Press Start in @ManagerFoodbot to complete registration.
After pressing Start in @ManagerFoodbot , disable notifications from this bot.
@ManagerFoodbot is registration-only; orders do not arrive there.
Open @delivery_management_bot and use it as the only operational bot for orders and operational notifications.
Open https://deliver-now.store/catalog/ and verify restaurant/menu visibility.
Open the admin panel URL that uses the admin subdomain and verify access.

All operational order work is done in @delivery_management_bot .
Orders and operational notifications are handled through @delivery_management_bot .
Customer-facing bots are for order placement by users, not for restaurant operations.
@ManagerFoodbot remains registration-only and should not be used for order handling.
