Commercial terms

Term Amount Rule
Service commission for the previous month 15% Applied to the previous-month cooperation cycle.
Previous-month report Reported monthly The report covers the previous month, not the current day-by-day activity.
Payment window 1st through 20th Pay during the first 20 days of the month.
Pause date 21st The account pauses on the 21st when payment is still missing.
Automatic shutdown 1st of next month If payment is still missing after the pause, the account shuts down at the start of the next month.
Initial connection fee 500,000 VND Paid before the first activation.
Refundable deposit 500,000 VND Returned after cooperation ends and the final commission is paid.
External delivery-request service fee 10,000 VND Used for the separate external delivery request flow.
Debt-based reconnection fee 200,000 VND Paid together with the overdue balance before reactivation.
High-debt deposit rule Over 1,000,000 VND Increase the deposit to half of the debt before reactivation.

Monthly payment flow

  1. Review the previous month report and the current balance.
  2. Pay the previous-month commission from the 1st through the 20th.
  3. Expect the account to pause on the 21st if the payment is still missing.
  4. Expect the account to shut down automatically on the 1st of the next month if the debt remains unpaid.
  5. For reactivation, pay the overdue balance plus 200,000 VND.
  6. If the debt is over 1,000,000 VND, increase the deposit to half of the debt before reactivation.
  7. Confirm the final settlement when cooperation ends.
